Wolf’s Softball Tournament to bowl off June 20

A grand softball tournament sponsored by Wolf’s Furniture World of Leonora West Coast Demerara is scheduled to commence at Banks DIH ground, Thirst Park on Friday June 20 at 18:00 hrs.
This tournament promises to be an exciting one with lots of incentives for the players involved. A trophy will be presented after each game to the man of the match who will be chosen by the two scorers, umpires and captains. There will also be individual incentives for the batsman with the highest aggregate, bowler with the most wickets in entire tournament, highest individual score and most wickets in single match, Man of the series, Man of the match in the final, best bowler and batsman in final.
Each team will be given 12 balls free per match. Sizeable trophies and cash will be presented to winning and runner up teams in the final.
Entrance fee is $20,000 per team. Matches will be played in open (10 overs) and over-35 (15 overs) categories. A limited number of teams will be accepted and no form of indiscipline will be tolerated.
