Narayan Ramdhani last weekend won the Men Singles and got 4th Place in Men Doubles at the 2018-19 ACAC (Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference) Inter College/University Tournament #1 last weekend in Edmonton Alberta Canada making him the No.1 Player.
The Four Teams that took part are: The King’s University-EAGLES, Olds College-BRONCOS, Concordia University of Edmonton-THUNDER and Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) -OOKS
SINGLES RESULTS:
Narayan Ramdhani seeded No 3 and representing The King’s Eagles defeated in the:
Quarter Finals: Tyler Walsh (No. 1 Seed) – Nait: 21-17, 21-13
Semi-Finals: Ronuelle Mendina – Nait: 21-17, 21-14
Finals: Braxton Wong (No. 2 Seed) – Concordia: 21-16, 21-7
DOUBLES RESULTS: Narayan Ramdhani & Joel Simrose (The King’s Eagles)
Quarter Finals: defeated Colton Grier & Rylan Head – Olds: 21-12, 21-14
Semi Finals: lost to No. 1 Seeds Desmond Wang & Braxton Wong – Concordia: 21-7, 21-9
Narayan has also achieved the Kings’ University Athlete Award.
The Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) is the governing body for collegiate sports in Alberta, Canada. Founded in 1964, as the Western Inter-College Conference, the ACAC is represented by seventeen schools, including one in Saskatchewan that competes in ten sports.
The ACAC is a member of the Canadian Colleges Athletic Association, and provincial champions compete for national collegiate titles.
