St. Agnes, Monar Educational Institute (MEI), ABC Academy, East La Penitence and St. Sidwell’s were the latest winners in this year’s Annual Regional Primary Schools Windball Cricket Championships which continued recently, at the Carifesta Sports Complex.

(Boys)-
ABC beat St. Andrew’s by 9 wickets.
St. Andrew’s took first strike and were reduced to a paltry 23-3 off the allotted 5 overs with Mark Scott hitting a top-score of 10. Sikhandar Persaud grabbed 2 wickets.
In reply, ABC reached 25-1. Persaud made 14.
MEI then defeated Jocel Educational Institute by 1 run.
MEI compiled 56-1 with Akeem Sam hammering 30.
Jocel in their turn at the crease fell one run short, ending on 55-2 when the overs expired. Emeleo Hopkinson with 27 and Stephan Daly 10 were the principal scorers.
St. Agnes registered a comfortable 27-run win over Redeemer.
St. Agnes made 57-1 with Jamal Scipio stroking 34.
Redeemer in reply was restricted to 30-4. Hillary Daniels 11. Scipio picked up 3-11.
East La Penitence eased past Central by 9 runs.
East La Penitence made 46-2. Andrew Adams 17 and Mase Assanah 11 were the batsmen in double figures.
Central replied with 37-4. Alman Stephens made 14.
St. Angela’s went down to St. Sidwell’s by 7 wickets.
St. Angela’s posted 41-2 with Isaiah Johnson hitting 10. Orlando Garnette picked up 2 wickets.
St. Sidwell’s replied with 43-3. Cobe Telman made 12.
