The Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) tournaments are set to continue this weekend with matches in the Hadi’s World City Mall Inc. first division two day, New Building Society second division 40-over and Banks Malta Supreme Under-13.
In the lone first division game which starts at 09:30hrs tomorrow, Police will host Gandhi Youth Organisation (GYO) with the umpires being Shannon Crawford and Javed Persaud.
In the second division play also tomorrow from 11:00hrs, Guyana Defense Force (GDF) will travel to GNIC, Reginald Grant and Linden Matthews in charge, Everest will entertain Police with Matthew Kissoon and Ernest Hinds calling play and St. Stanislaus will journey to GYO, Clyde Layne and Heuvel Cunha, the umpires.
On Sunday, Everest will be at home to GDF with Hinds and Peter Monfort at the centre while Ace Warriors will play Police at GYO, Kissoon and Grant in charge. In the Under-13, GYO will battle Demerara Cricket Club from at 09:00hrs and Everest will face Transport SC at 13:30hrs at Malteenoes SC. Randolph Rose and Daniel Richmond will be in charge.
