Davindra Lall supported with 2-55 as Everest amassed a NBS 40-over record total of 439 all out in 39 overs.
Set 440 to win from 33 overs due to a penalty for a slow over rate, Sophia were bundled out for 45 with Nkosi Whyte (10) being the only batsman to reach double figures.
Saheed Mohamed had 5-10 and Raylex Payne 2-25 in a match which saw a late and in contravention of Law 3.1, just one scorer was present. Everest recorded a 394-run victory, the largest margin of victory in a local 40-over game.
At Eve Leary, Kemol Savory made 138 with seven sixes and nine fours before he retired hurt suffering from cramps.
The left-handed Savory shared in a 224-run second wicket stand with the brutal Andrew Lyght Jr, who clobbered 10 sixes and six fours in a destructive 130 to lift Police to 359-4.
Sophia, despite 56 from Alex Sital, were dismissed for 119 off 23.2 overs as Pernell London (4-53), Vishal Jaigobin (3-7) and Darson LaRose (2-27) did the damage for the Cops who registered a 240-run win.
At DCC, the host recovered from 54-8 to reach 180 in 39 overs, thanks to a 71-run 10th wicket stand between number 10 batsman Carlton Jacques, who smashed seven sixes and three fours in 89 and number nine Dexter
George who was run out for 21.
Joel Spooner (4-21), Kevin Ross (2-35) and Akeem Redman (2-28) did the damage with the ball for Transport Sports Club (TSC) who were bowled out for 157 in 35 overs to lose by 21 runs.
Left hander Sunil Singh made 69 and Joel Wilson 49 but nobody else offered prolonged resistance as left-arm West Indies U-19 spinner Ashmead Nedd (4-27) and leg spinner Steven Sankar (2-50) ensured a win for the Queenstown team.
At Malteenoes, the host, despite a magnificent 97 from 65 balls with 10 sixes and three fours from 17-year-old Jerimiah Scott which followed up his century last weekend, lost by 15 runs to GCC.
GCC made 184-9 in 40 overs with Timothy McCalmont making 73, Kevon Wilson getting 30 and Bernard Bailey scoring 21. Franchot Duncan-Clarke, Krasan Singh and Sewnarine Seegobin had two wickets each for the winners.
