The ExxonMobil Under-14 Boys’ and Girls’ football tournament continues tomorrow at the Ministry of Education (MOE) School ground on CARIFESTA Avenue with 12 matches from 11:30hrs.
An astonishing 42 goals were scored on the opening day, last Saturday, after being delayed by one week due to the inclement weather and the scorching sun seemingly fuelled the budding talents who displayed promising signs with parents and teachers all giving support.
Weather permitting, day two of the boys’ competition is expected to be action packed tomorrow. Meanwhile, the girls’ teams and their coaches are undergoing training by the Guyana Football Federation’s (GFF) Technical Department before their competition kicks off next month.
Please see tomorrow’s full fixtures below.
