“To be successful in business one must have an orderly mind. The practice of the Transcendental Meditation technique developed by Maharashi Yoga is a simple, natural effective way to create orderliness from within.”
This is one of the major themes to be highlighted at a public lecture on the Transcendental Meditation (TM) Programme which will be held in the Conference Room of the National Library this Wednesday at 17:00 hours.
The presentation will include a slideshow review of scientific research on the benefits of the TM Programme in areas of development of mental potential, health, social behaviour and world peace.
Lecturers will be husband and wife team Richard and Janine Robertson, Directors of Education and Invincibility of Maharishi Global Country of World Peace for the English Speaking Latin American and Caribbean countries.
The Robertsons have worked on numerous projects in the Caribbean, Latin America, Asia, Europe and Africa over the past 30 years on behalf of the Maharishi University of Management in Holland.
According to the lecturers, one of the areas where transcendental meditation has been used successfully is in business since it develops mental potential and increases creativity and intelligence.
The benefits of the Transcendental Meditation Programme has been researched far more than any other human resource development programme. Its benefits have been documented in over 600 scientific research studies.
