Enterprise A and B teams registered victories when the East Coast Cricket Committee 40-over tournament continued last weekend.
Enterprise A defeated MT Enterprise by five runs at Enterprise. Batting first, Enterprise A rattled up 200-9 off their reduced quota of 35 overs. Hansraj Sookdeo slammed 61 and Seemangal Yadram 46. Ruel Singh claimed 3-27 and Basil Singh 3-42. MT Enterprise replied with 195 all out in 34.4 overs. Rayad Zaman made 50, Shaun Gaskin 32 and Anil Kumar 22. Satyanand Ramkumar snared 3-30, Pradesh Balkishun 2-27 and Mankad Balkissoon 2-29.
Host Enterprise B beat Better Hope by eight wickets in an earlier encounter. Better Hope were bowled for 132 in 36 overs, batting first. Rayaz Mohamed made 34, Jayden Mana 28 and Ramchand Premchand 22. Chatterpaul Singh captured 4-35, Vivan Albert 2-15 and Dave Persaud 2-23. Enterprise B responded with 134-2 in 19 overs. Albert slammed 56 not out and Bhaskar Yadram 39.
