Felix Austin Police College (FAPC) and A Division will battle in the final of Guyana Police Force Commissioner/Anand Persaud Dental Clinic T20 competition from 11:00 hrs on Saturday at the Police Sports Club ground Eve Leary.
FAPC overcame Tactical Service Unit (TSU) by eight runs in the lone semi final game played yesterday at the said venue. FAPC batted first and managed 129 all out in 20 overs, while TSU were bowled out for 121 in reply.
An exciting contest is anticipated on Saturday with FAPC boosting the likes of Seon Daniels, Rocky Hutson, Steven Harris and Eon Rodrigues. A Division line-up includes Trevor Benn, Kelvin Leitch, Rawl Browne and Jason Heyliger.
The winning team will pocket a trophy and $200,000, the runner up a trophy and $150,000 while most valuable player will take home $25,000. The umpires for the fixture are Gavin D’Guiar and Trevor Whitney.
