Stacey Joseph with the maximum 18 games emerged as the winner of the Ministry
of Home Affairs / Trophy Stall Inter Department Open Dominoes competition which ended on Wednesday afternoon last at the ministry’s Brickdam, head office.
In the all women final, the males being knocked out early in the competition, Joseph of Accounts Department was too good for her fellow finalists to handle; Nkasi Nedd of Information Technology Department took the second place with 8 games one game more than the third place finisher, Alexis Medouze of the General Registrar Department.
In the dominoes arena it is normal for the males to dominate but this time around, the 9 females who competed were way too much for the 12 males that competed in the tournament that was organized by Ministry of Home Affairs Administrator and Sports Coordinator, Ovid Glasgow.
