Siddique Mohamed grabbed 4 wickets for 14 runs off 3 overs as Gunners defeated Lima by 16 runs to book their place in the final of the Caricom Rice Mill T\20 competition recently in North Essequibo.
Playing at Imam Bacchus ground, Affiance Gunners batted first and scored 92-2 after the game was reduced to 12 overs due to rain. Alex Lawry led with 37 with one four and two sixes, while Navin Singh supported with 22 (1×4,2×6) and Grayson Paul chipped in with 20 (2×4).
Lima were bowled out for 76 in 11.5 overs in reply. Abdool Salim was the only batsman that offered resistance with 20 (1×4,1×6).
