Trinidadian Joseph Aboud, for whom a wanted bulletin was issued last Friday, is currently in police custody.
The 31-year-old yesterday presented himself to the Eve Leary Criminal Investigation Department in the company of his lawyer, Mark Waldron, who said that sometime early yesterday morning he received a call from Aboud asking him to accompany him to the police.

Waldron said he took Aboud into the police just to ensure all the right procedures are followed.

Police had issued warrants in the past for both Hutson and Aboud. Hutson was also charged, then freed, for the murder of former policeman Howard Cummings, who was gunned down in South Ruimveldt some years ago.
He was also held in connection with the murder of Claudius Sam, who was slain in Albouystown.
A warrant was issued for Aboud following the disappearance of Tenisha Morgan, the girlfriend of slain gunman Rondell ‘Fine Man’ Rawlins.
