The Regal Sports T20 softball tournament is set for an exciting finish today at the Demerara Cricket Club. Regal Allstars will battle Guyana Softball Cup 6 champions Speed Boat in what is expected to be an exciting final in the Open category while Regal Masters will take on Mike’s Wellman for the Masters crown.
Regal Allstars will be led by Fazal Rafiek and include Richard Latif, Martin Dutchin, Privnauth Motilall, Safraz Esau and Patrick Rooplall while Speed Boat will depend on the likes of Lennox Marks, Amrit Rai, Greg Singh and Shameer Hussain.
In the Masters segment Regal will look to Mahendra Hardyal, Mahendra Arjune, Eric Thomas and Eon Abel to take them home while Wellman will be spearheaded by Mike Singh who will look to support from Greg De Franca, Lloyd Rooplall and Richard Persaud.
The winning team in each category will take home a trophy and $100,000 while both runner ups will be given a trophy and $25,000.
