The Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club just after hosting a highly successful Busta Champion of Champions cricket tournament would be hosting another cricket tournament on Friday (May Day) at the Area ‘H’ Ground. Twelve teams would be taking part in the five overs cricket tournament. They are:- Young Warriors, Courtland, Fyrish, Chesney, Albion, Tamarind Root, Rose Hall Town ‘A’, Rose Hall Town ‘B’, Block 4 Tain, Whim, Yakusari and No. 19.
Three teams have declared their squad for the day, leaving just No. 19 to do so.
Albion, Whim and Fyrish have named strong teams which feature a blend of youths and experienced players. The winning team would receive $70,000 and a trophy, the Runner Up $30,000 and a trophy, while the losing semifinalist would get $20,000 and a trophy.
