Denton Osborne, the Leader of the Guyana Youth Congress (GYC), one of the political parties registered with the Guyana Elections Commission, has endorsed A Partnership for National Unity.
The endorsement came via a statement issued yesterday.
“The GYC, having read the Statement of Principle and Declaration of A Partnership for National Unity (APNU) and convinced of the partnership’s promise of a government of national unity which represents the future of Guyana in which the will of all Guyanese will be given full expression, hereby endorses A Partnership for National Unity.”
Osborne said that his party now pledges its full support to the Presidential Candidate, Mr. David Granger and the Prime Ministerial Candidate, Dr. Rupert Roopnaraine and the leadership of the APNU.
He said that his party will now work with APNU to bring about change which is so necessary in Guyana generally, and more particularly, to the people of Region Ten.
