Diamond Mineral Water (DMW) played a major role in rehydrating the cyclist that competed in the just concluded National Sports Commission Three Stage Cycle Road Race.
National Cycling Coach, Hassan Mohamed, received 30 cases of 20oz Diamond Mineral Water compliments of Demerara Distillers Limited. The handover was done during a simple ceremony last Thursday, ahead of the race that commenced on Saturday.
Mohamed noted that he was grateful for the water since it will keep the riders properly hydrated over the course of the race. The race began Corriverton and proceeded to the New Amsterdam at the first stage; Rosignol to Carifesta Avenue for the second stage.
The third and final stage was held yesterday from Kara Kara, Linden to Homestretch Avenue.
