Dear Editor,
A beneficiary, NIS number B 17627662, of the survivors’ benefits scheme has not received payments since July 2012, despite the submission of life certificates. All that is being told is that it is not yet ready.
Mr Editor this beneficiary is an infant who needs milk, school supplies and other amenities to survive. A tin of milk for this infant is approximate $6,000. Even though the policy of the school does not support parents to buy any school materials, the system necessitates the purchasing of these things.
What is really happening , with this cherished legacy that Mr Burnham left for poor people? Is it dying? Please Sir, kindly investigate and let us know. At this moment the child needs milk.
