Time for President Ali to publish his UWI Dissertation on President’s Office Webpage

Kaieteur News – Congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, 9th. Executive President, for the completion on an EARNED Doctorate, Ph.D. with the Dissertation on “Design and Development of an Integrated Land Management Model in Guyana” at University of the West Indies. 2019 PhD.  Faculty Engineering. Dept.  Geomatics Engineering and Land Management. UWI Trinidad & Tobago.

An EARNED Dissertation is to ADD VALUE to Global knowledge on the subject, with the writer’s knowledge, mastery and opinion on the research completed. It has not been easy to secure this Dissertation on the Global Dissertation Websites or from UWI’s “Please contact the West Indiana Division at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine to view the full thesis.
