Dear Editor
I recently became a viewer of The Glenn Lall Show. I found it to be informative and educational. I hope that the Guyanese people will take advantage of (Glenn Lall’s) knowledge, especially about the ExxonMobil contract and the financial losses expected from the oil and gas leases.
To tell you the truth, I could not withhold this information, I am about to share with you. I am a Guyanese who left Guyana over fifty years. I worked for the US government for more than twenty-five years. The majority of these years were with Customs, then Customs Border and Protection.
I have many years of knowledge, especially in oil gauging with ships transporting foreign crude oil into the USA. Therefore, the best way to learn how much oil is being shipped out of Guyana, is requesting Customs General Declaration and manifest submitted to Guyana Customs from the ship’s transporting crude oil. This way, you can estimate how many barrels of crude is pumped, and leaves from Guyana soil. Every ship or airline is required by IATA to present a Custom Declaration and manifest upon arrival or departure from a foreign port. Under the Freedom and Informational Act, this information is available. Please continue to educate those who are still in darkness. Psalm 15.
Regards,
