Dear Editor,
I am a student of the Queen’s College, and I take an interest into the election process. On June 13th, the Chief Elections Officer submitted his report, in which he disputed the credibility of an election which he supervised. His report does not bode well for the future of democracy in Guyana.
However, democracy in Guyana can be saved by the actions by Madam Chairwoman Singh. Therefore, it is my plea to the famed Iron Lady. Please, do the right thing and preserve democracy in our lovely country Guyana.
Yours truthfully,
Nathaniel Parker
