Dear Editor;
I wish to thank Mr Hilbert Foster for his timely correction to my inadvertent statement with regards to my misinterpretation of the site of the work done in my letter dated October 8th, 2016. Indeed it was the Monument Site at Rose Hall, Canje and not the Rose Hall Town Monument site, and wish to extend my sincere apologies to the Rose Hall Township for any embarrassment caused. However, all the other facts remain relevant with regards to the highly overpriced work and the fact that Councillors and members of the Works Committee, Sherry Ann Beharry, Samuel Fraser and one other RDC councillor, certified the said work without inspection.
