Dear Editor,
I feel the need to raise a concern about an article carried in today’s edition captioned “Several city streets now one-way”.
There are a wide list of changes in regards to changing the rules indicating that these streets are now to only carry one-way traffic, but driving around Georgetown one has to note that there seems to be no effort to complete signs or markings at the head or starting point where the one-way takes effect.
My concern is for innocent drivers who have not either read the newspapers or gazette and then are caught basically driving down a road which was previously marked for two-way traffic.
In addition, there are several other streets which are one-way around Gerogetown that have no markings or signs.
