Permit me a space in your newspapers to add my bit to the saga with DIPCON and the Guyana government.
This company has reportedly been doing substandard work in this country as long as they existed as registered contractors and reportedly never had the capacity to build the East Coast road and reportedly known for variations in every contract that they have been awarded.
As a supporter of this government, my simple advice to Honourabe Winston Jordan, is go to jail for 21 days.
The laws are clear, you can’t suffer twice, save Guyana 2.2 billion dollars.
This money will go into the campaign coffers of the PPP.
You will demit office as Minister of Finance and President Granger will give you an unconditional pardon to return to public office.
He is the Executive President of Guyana Sir, have no fear.
This is the time to show TESTICULAR FORTITUDE to the forces against us.
We need now more than ever to make statement, save your country dear Minister, Guyana can ill-afford such payments at this time.
Too many roads and bridges to be built, health care, housing just to name a few can
immediately utilize that money.
Here is where a true leader takes a position and stands by it.
PLEASE SAVE GUYANA, HONOURABLE WINSTON JORDAN.
Regards,
Ronald Shepherd
