Dear Editor,
At the Linden Hospital Complex, our mission is to achieve the highest standards in the practice of medicine and to promote public health and safety. As such, the Administration is continuously working to ensure that all patients are provided with exceptional healthcare that meets their needs and the communities we serve. We strive to maintain the dignity and respect of our patients, staff and visitors at all times. Our Quality Assurance Department (QAD) is tasked with enhancing your experience by fostering an environment that is welcoming and patient-centre. We encourage you to participate in improving our services by sharing your experiences with our QA Officer. All claims will be treated as a priority. Over the years we have made several strides by placing emphasis on experienced and focused medical staff.
In light of a recent article that was published on October 5, 2016 to the editor of Kaieteur Newspaper titled “Serious Allegations against Linden Hospital Complex” a citizen stated several concerns. The Management of the Linden Hospital Complex takes these allegations very seriously and is working tirelessly to rectify such violations if or when they may have occurred. We would like to emphasize that all claims will be treated with utmost importance. We will continue to promote quality service which is top on the agenda for our patients. The hard working administration is dedicated to continuing the quality of our services to meet the health care needs of our patients through committed leadership, qualified staff and state of the art medical technology.
