Kaieteur News – The Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR), has completed their investigation into the killing of 32-year-old Keon Fogenay, also known as “Dan”, who was shot during a protest in Linden.
This is according to the head of OPR Elston Baird, who also confirmed that a report is being prepared to be sent for legal advice.
It was reported that Fogenay was shot in the eye and killed by a police officer during a protest for 23-year-old Ronaldo Peters who was shot dead by a member of the Guyana.
The Regional Security System (RSS) was also expected to submit a report containing findings and recommendations by Friday, April 25, 2025.
