Hairdresser charged for wounding man, daughter
Charged for wounding man and his daughter, Tawana Hamlet
Kaieteur News – A 28-year-old hairdresser, Tawana Hamlet, was granted bail on Wednesday for inflicting grievous bodily harm on a 26-year-old man and his four-year-old daughter.
She appeared at the Cove and John Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Orinthia Schmidt.
She pleaded not guilty and was placed on $80,000 bail on each count. Hamlet is expected to return to court on July 13, 2025.
