New Central High among latest winners in MCYS NSC Cheddi Jagan Windball Cricket
Kaieteur Sports- New Central High were among the winners in latest matches in the Cheddi Jagan Memorial Windball cricket tournament played recently.

Saint Stanislaus College after been invited to take first strike made 93-1, Nitin Bhowandat hit an unbeaten 52 (6s x 6), Aaron Persaud 29.
The New Central High reply with 99-0 for the win off 4.1 overs, Peter Khan 68 (6s x10) and Keron Edwards 23 led them to victory.
Saint Roses High hit 101-2, with Joshua Sharma 33 and Noel Madramootoo 23.
Tucville Secondary were held to 86-1, Colin Mc Lean made 26.
In the Janet Jagan memorial MCYS NSC Girls competition, New Central High batted first and scored 86-1, with Sarafina James 38, national Windball player Aaliyah De Freitas 28.
Saint Roses High were restricted to 73-3, Bianca Maunisar led with 24. Bowling for New Central High S. James 2-9, she being on a hat-trick.
In the ASTP tournament, New Central High batting with two of the players who were members of the Guyana schoolgirls team that participated in the West Indies Women’s tournament last year, that got third place.
