Kaieteur News-A 38-year-old single mother of four was placed on $50,000 bail on Wednesday when she appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court to answer the charge of malicious damage to property.
Neiah Favorite from 1350 Cummings Park was charged for maliciously damaging the property of Petal Roberts that took place on August 31, 2024 at Rose Mary Lane South Cummingsburg, Georgetown.
She pleaded not guilty after the charge was read to her by Acting Chief Magistrate Faith McGusty. Favorite maliciously damaged a 32-inch television worth $65,998 and a showcase valuing $280,456 which were owned by Roberts. Magistrate McGusty placed Favorite on $50,000 bail and set March 5, 2025 as her next court date.
