Kaieteur News – Starr Computer participated in the first-ever Caribbean AI 4 Education Conference in Guyana, held at Princess Ramada and hosted by Camille’s Academy Inc.
The two-day event hosted 300 teachers and students from both government private schools, while others joined virtually. Persons heard from many AI experts including Nick Brown CEO of the Empowering Earth Institute and the Intelligent Company and Deputy Chief Education Officer (DCEO) Dr. Ritesh Tularam.
To add to the excitement, STARR’s donated a Lenovo Laptop, Laptop backpack, and Surge protector for the event’s raffle, plus, a gift card valued at $2,500 was given to all in attendance.
STARR Computer also extended invitations to the school for educational tours and seminars for students to have hands-on experience with the latest technological products such as Smart Classrooms, EV Chargers, AI Products, and more. STARR encourages schools to take advantage of all levels of development as we embark on the 4th Industrial Revolution.
