Kaieteur News – Dominoes teams will be in action tomorrow, Sunday, at 53 Sports Club Kuru Kururu. Linden Soesdyke Highway.
The tournament is being organised by Mark Wiltshire and Abu and entrance fee is $15,000.
The winning team will take home a trophy and $200,000, runner up a trophy and $100,000, third place a trophy and $40,000 and fourth place $20,000. The best female player will receive $US$200, the best male player US$100 and the player in the final US$200.
Transportation will leave Dynasty at 11:30hrs on Sunday and costs $1,000.
The tournament is being sponsored by Abu Hotel and Transportation service. Interested teams can contact Wiltshire on 659-8672 or Abu on 664-3236.
Meanwhile, Dianne Bess of the sponsor Abu Guyana Hotel and Transportation Services said they are happy to sponsor the competition especially since females are being involved. She added that they are looking forward to a successful competition. The tournament will continue on Monday at Dynasty.
