It is pleasant to know that a Public Relations Officer by the name of Ms. Shunza Samuels of CJIA, Timehri indicated that there is a Lost and Found System at CJIA. I believe that this is a bit of “whitewashing” by Ms. Samuels, which is usually the job of Public Relations Officers, and that Public Relation Officers normally do when institutions are caught in disappointing situations.
