Dear Editor,
I am writing this letter to let you know that it is my whole hearted belief that you are the only person who could put Guyana on a straight path and also bring real unity of the races truly as “One People, One Nation, and One Destiny!”.
I truly believe that you are the only person who can govern this country as how it is suppose to be governed, and I also believe there are many genuine persons who will join with you in forming a true Guyanese government.
Sir, it is my wish that you should strongly consider forming a new party and run for President, that is the only way we will get real change and every Guyanese will get a fair and better way of living.
There are many persons from all the major parties who will want to join with you in forming a government of “ONE FOR ALL and ALL FOR ONE Guyana”.
I am of mixed race of Amerindian and African descent. I am 73 years old and a prostate cancer patient for the past twelve or more twelve years. All I am getting from the hospital is five tablets and a lot of blood tests, and a date to return for my clinic day. Is this the improved health care system that the president keeps talking about?
Yours truly,
Stanford Barker
