Kaieteur News – Five Digicel customers walked away with over $500,000 in cash on Saturday night, after being the first to participate in the company’s Summer Cash Vault promotion.
Digicel first Cash Vault draw show which was held at Movie Towne, five persons-Germain Knight of Georgetown, Sheneza Caesar of Kwakwani, Trudy Ramberan of Georgetown, Amar Persaud of Grove and Ramdai Ramnand of Berbice who were able to spell the word C-A-S-H by topping up, were in the winners’ circle. Apart from automatically winning $500,000 each, they won additional cash prizes as they had one minute to grab as much money in the vault.
The draw which was spiced with live entertainment by Samuel Medas, also had the media participating in the promotion. The final draw is slated for August 27 and the qualifying period of this draw ends on August 25, 2022. Moreover, customers who would have collected letters since the beginning of the promotion will have those letters rolled over for the final draw.
To qualify, customers must top up with $1000 or more (Scratch Cards or electronically) to collect the letters to spell the word C-A-S-H to enter into the draw. Once the top-up is successful, the customer will receive a text message with their electronic letter. Customers can keep track of their letters collected by texting ‘GRAB’ to 1441. Customers spelling the word C-A-S-H within the qualifying periods will participate in the draw for a chance to win up to three million dollars ($3,000,000).
