Kaieteur News – Ultra Shine Auto Body workshop has supported the four-team softball cricket tourney which is set for today at Lilliendaal.Proprietor of the workshop, Naranjan Gopie, Friday handed over three trophies to organiser Seeraj Bhimsain at their business place situated at 19 Annandale South, East Coast, Demerara.
Gopie said he is looking forward to a successful and exciting competition.
Bhimsain thanked him for the support and said all covid guidelines will be observed.
Wellman, Fisherman, Success, Rockaway and LBI will battle for top honours from 09:30hrs. Among the players set to be on show are Wayne Jones, Mike Singh, Sheldon Perch, Lloyd Ruplall, Zameer Hassan, Pooran Singh, Jai Ram, Rafman Ali and Nandram Samlall.
The competition will be played on a T20 basis.
