Dear Editor,
While we have not won any medals as yet at 2020 Olympics, it has posited our performance, so far by our young Olympians, and has been encouraging and gratifying.
So gold, silver or bronze has eluded our reach in some events but we can take pride and joy that our athletes put their best efforts before an audience of the world.
Podium dreams might be shattered for some, for now, but not for long. The next Olympics of 2024 in France beckons.
Is it missed, but it is a disservice to the nation by lack of coverage, either real time or delayed, by the national television of this sporting spectacle, afforded once every four years, being embarked upon?
