Kaieteur News – With the offer to make the Mackenzie Sports Club one of three multipurpose facilities in Guyana, the MSC Committee of Management will this Sunday April 10, hold a General Members Meeting at the Club’s Pavilion where its members are invited to attend from 4.00pm.
This meeting is being arranged to update those members about the current situation as it relates to membership since many since 2018 cannot be located because no records of their contact numbers and email or postal addresses can be found.
With this the MSC has listed all members from 2018 to now with the hope that they will make contact with the Club through Treasurer Ms. Kelly Quow, who can be contacted at her office at Thom’s Building either on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays during business hours to update themselves as financial members.
Those members can also contact either General Secretary Joseph Chapman on 621-1643 or Assistant secretary Treasurer Norris King on 699-0200 for further information.
Many members have expressed concerns about information or lack of information since the abrupt closure of the Club in March last year due to the OVID 19 pandemic restrictions and what plans are in place for reopening, even if it is for the purpose of exercising in the morning and afternoon.
