Kaieteur News – Last week, the King Medas Pansy-Adonis (KMPA) foundation continued their goodwill in giving back to Guyanese athletes with a donation to the Police Progressive Youth Club (PPYC) that is based in Eve Leary.
The donation included resistance bands, parachutes and an infrared thermometer.
Founder of the KMPA foundation; Andy Medas-King, mentioned that the equipment are very necessary for training especially the thermometer since the COVID-19 outbreak earlier in the year.
Medas-King shared with this publication that the KMPA always look to assist young athletes since they are the future and mentioned one of their bigger projects which will see over 20 grounds being developed in region four for track and field.
To this end, the KMPA is asking for donations for this venture but in the form of building materials not cash.
