A police report stated that the dead men are 52-year-old Lionel Brower of Bachelors Adventure, ECD, who was said to be a security guard attached to the Demerara Bank’s East Coast branch, and 24-year-old Kevin Persaud, a mechanic who resided at Goedverwagting, ECD.
