Eric Thomas chipped in with 23 not out which contained three sixes as Regal Masters managed 175-7. Saheed Gittens claimed 2-26 and Kingston 2-37.
Laurie Singh sent back opener Gittens for 10 before Rafiek picked up two wickets including that of Latif for 21with two fours and one six, to peg back the chase.
