Muslims across the world and Guyana celebrated Eid-Ul-Adha, the festival to commemorate the willingness of Ibrahim (also known as Abraham) to follow Allah’s (God’s) command to sacrifice his son. In Guyana, it is the custom to share the meat of sacrificed animals. This was the scene at the Muslim Youth Organization of Guyana, Thomas Lands yesterday.
