DEAR EDITOR,
It was Roberts and Holding and then Croft and Gardner! Just as fast as one waiting, reluctantly departs, another waiting, unhesitatingly arrives faster than its predecessor. So, here we finally have it, the week’s best seller block buster that is set to score another box- office hit and to tumble the all-time record to chalk up another Guinness book of records. The report did not fail to live up to its name and expectation. Was anyone surprised at its narrative, content, script, tone and summation? Mostly likely not, for, it was potently compact with all the gory, dreadful, scary, horrifying and dreary details that meticulously described all the pain staking and frivolous immaterial, that focused on sensationalizing the departure from the norm. It did not escape the nation’s attention that it went above and beyond the standard requirement to ensure that its purpose was well underscored with its conclusion in its personal (coalition) opinion.
Doesn’t the mathematical embracement for figments and fallacies alluded to the rhetoric of a demented, unstable and unsound mind that is determined to pitifully beg and reach out to sympathizers for medical assistance and help? This guy is crying out for the public assistance, begging to be relieved from his diabolical burden that he has been shouldering from the inception of the election and, of course, before. Let us not lend credit to his blasphemy by repeating and printing his figurative configuration that failed to stump or bowl even Lance Gibbs, as an opening batsman with a deadly yorker!
Or, has he served his purpose and fulfilled his commitments and responsibilities that he was ultimately hired for by delivering his googly that was invented by the perpetrators of fraud and corruption, masking as angels and religious church goers? Now is his time to breathe a sigh of relief, yes, get down on his knees, placed on his own neck if he can perform such an acrobatic stunt (but then again, he has been in a circus as an outstanding performer for a long time) and beg for mercy, clemency and forgiveness for committing so many atrocious acts, perpetually, that even the Almighty cannot conceptualize such evilness existed and that Satan was capable of creating. Weight is a heavy load, but his shoulders are not broad enough to fetch all the, lies, dishonesty and deceits he has been fooling the nation with. But his job is done and now he can relax in a hammock (sweating bullets?).
The report has been signed, sealed and delivered to the right honourable Madam, an exponent at observation, creation, sustenance and destruction of craftiness, shrewdness, astuteness and canniness. She needs no one to tell her what her role or job is, she is fully aware of her requirements and is culpable of sifting out facts from figments and needs no magnifying glass to see an elephant. There are no ants or mosquitoes or incomplete dots and tees, hiding in the ambience of ambiguity. Within her lies that voice of reason and conscience, fairness and impartiality, truth and honesty, law, order and justice and, this has guided her throughout her life as a representative of the judiciary, especially, sitting on the bench to make legal, legitimate and well deserving decisions that represent any form of biasness. The radio, media, press, our friends and neighbours, the nation and Caribbean, the ABCE, the OAS and the world at large have already spoken, the jury rests and awaits for the impartial umpire’s decision. We have three days for a playback review.
