DEAR EDITOR,
Mingo refuses to TABULATE (for emphasis Tabulate) Region 4 SOPs. (He made up the numbers, fictitious numbers on a Spreadsheet)
How does Guyana fix this problem? GECOM ordered a recount of all the ballots – some 420,000 ballots in the whole country. The people of this nation are aghast, not able to comprehend. They are asking: Is that how you fix the R4 Tabulation problem?
I called the plumber to fix a broken pipe in my bathroom. He came, inspected, looked around – then said the job will cost $100,000. Why so much? He said he must rip out the whole system (whole house) and replace it. I called another plumber. He identified a localized problem: broken pipe in one bathroom. Cost for repair $900. Go, fix it, I said.
Counting ballots in the whole country – like ripping out the plumbing system from one’s whole house – is a wrecking ball strategy.
The solution is for GECOM to produce the R4 SOPs to the Courts or (better yet) to Ms. Mia.
That’s both the source and solution of the problem.

Counting 420,000 ballots?
Will lead to mass confusion, more broken ballot boxes, missing ballots. Many more court filings. Meanwhile Rome is burning, er Guyana is burning !!!!
Who started this thing about Counting ballots? He must be one helluva mad man – or a devious man. It had been reported Mr. Granger called Ms. Mia and said, “Mia, Let’s get to the bottom of this thing, I want all the ballots to be recounted. This way nobody will ever know what happened with SOPs in Region 4”.
Ms. Mia said, “Ok David, I have to call Jagdeo to see if he’ll agree”.
