DEAR EDITOR,
The unreadiness to move forward in the Marcus Bisram matter is not only embarrassing but must be seen as an indictment on the state head with responsibility for the agency prosecuting the case.
The adage justice delayed is justice denied seems apt.
Would this go the same route as other cases for lack of prosecution? That would be a real shame!
