The Organization of American States (OAS) Country Representative, Jean Ricot Dormeus, yesterday called on Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Karen
Cummings.
The two officials discussed disaster preparedness management among other areas.
Guyana has been an active participant in the Organization of American States since 1991. Presently, Guyana’s Ambassador to Washington D.C., Dr. Riyad Insanally serves as Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the OAS.
