The Georgetown Office Assistant Sports Promotion team will be hosting two big events for Public Servants at the Ministry of Agriculture Canteen on Regent Street from 16:30hrs and at Durban Park on Diwali Day.
The Inter Ministry / Government-Agencies knock-out Domino competition, for the Minister of Public Infrastructure Trophy and cash incentives ($100,000 for the winner, $50,000 for runner-up and $20, 000 for third place) will be first Event on Friday October 25.
On Monday October 28 (National Holiday) a six-over Tapeball Cricket knock-out competition is set for Durban Park Tarmac from 09:00hrs. At stake for the winners and runners-up, are the Prime Minister’s Trophy and cash incentives.
Both competitions are being coordinated by James ‘Uprising’ Lewis of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.The closing date for entries is Wednesday October 23, 2019 and interested teams can contact Lewis on telephone numbers 628 1656 or 666 5857 for more information.
