Disasters are never far away. There have been the fires. There will be yet another, this time on the west side. Again carelessness will be the cause but the homeowner would try to divert attention from the real cause.

The tides are rising and with them will come flooding. Some sections of the sea defence are weak, so the tides would breach them. The nearby areas would be flooded causing losses to some poultry-rearers.
The race to stem the breaches would begin in earnest.

A domestic triangle would end in disaster. One disgruntled individual would give vent to his feelings. He would attempt to assault his rival with fatal consequences.
