Earlier (yesterday) morning, I was passing by in a vehicle on Regent Street and bumped into this scene which made me very sad to look at. I am not certain if the subject is bound to a wheelchair, if the subject uses it as a cushion or pillow or what his story is about?
Does the subject have a family or relatives around?
I am not certain which Ministry overlooks the homeless, vagrants, forgotten, etc., but can someone consider addressing this situation because it’s not the kind of image we need to be selling to the world from a tourism perspective.
Yours faithfully
T. Pemberton
