A number of hygienic kits and other personal items were recently donated to Linden’s lone senior fol
ks recreational facility by local biker group, Assasin Riders Motorcycle Club.
Linden’s Dorfolk Home for the Elderly had subventions to the facility cut several years ago and is run on donations. Due to insufficient funds the home is in a dilapidated state, unable to house any of the over 40 persons who use the facility and is only able to host recreational activities once a week.
President of the bikers club, Curtis ‘Casual’ Jackson and Vice President, Paul McAdam, say they are interested in assisting the home further.
