As the Bartica Football Association (BFA) restarted its leg of the GFF-NAMILCO Under-17 League, Rising Stars FC continues to shine,
swamping Beacon FC 5 goals to nil on Thursday at the Bartica Secondary School Ground.
Following a short pause to accommodate some of the other association programmes, the league was welcomed back with two goals from Regan Kippins, and one a piece from Ian Gomes Jr, Joshua Jones, Daniel Williams and Ian Yaw.
Play continued on Friday with Potaro Strikers FC up against Lazio FC; and Saturday: Mil Ballers FC vs Agatash FC, and Rivers View FC vs Beacon FC.
The league is part of the Youth Development Programme of the Guyana Football Federation (GFF), through its Regional Member Associations, in partnership with the National Milling Company (NAMILCO).
