With the inclement weather forcing the postponement of the first two days of the Linden Regional Zone of Youth Basketball Guyana’s (YBG) National Schools’ Basketball Festival (NSBF), the Linden Amateur Basketball Association (LABA) is pressing for a start this afternoon with three matches at the tournament’s venue; the Mackenzie High School hard court.
From 14:30hrs, the first match bounces off between Linden Technical Institute and Linden Foundation Secondary.
The second game tips off at 16:00hrs and will be contested between New Silvercity Secondary and home team Mackenzie High School.
Last Friday’s opening games have been rescheduled for tomorrow, and the first game will be played between Linden Foundation and Mackenzie High, while the second brings together Linden Technical Institute and Wisburg Secondary from 16:00hrs.
